Recent Activity Regarding the Superintendent Search
February 26, 2014 – The Superintendent Search Application Screening Committee were trained in the application screening process and began reviewing applications.
February 21, 2014 – Closed application period.
January 21, 2014 – The Board decided on the makeup of the Superintendent Search Application Screening Committee.
December 18, 2013 – Notice of Vacancy, Search Brochure, Superintendent Application, and Mentor Questionnaire posted.
December 2, 2013 – The Board reviewed and approved the qualifications information and adopted a salary range for the position.
November 5-29, 2013 – Information was gathered regarding the suggested qualifications for the new Superintendent via telephone interviews with local leaders, online survey, and group meetings with staff, students and community members.
November 4, 2013 – The School Board approved Window to Leadership, LLC as official Search Consultants for the Superintendent position, adopted the search calendar and approved the search budget.
