PE for the 2016-2017 School Year
I hope everyone had a summer filled with lots of activity. I am super excited about this year. I have lots of activities and games planned for our classes. We will be working on our Fitness Testing at the end of September. After which, we hope to start a flag football unit if the weather will work with us.
We will be assigning lockers on September 8th and the 9th will be the first day we dress down. Please have your PE shirt, shoes that tie, and shorts or sweats. Also please bring socks if you are wearing slides or sandals. I can’t wait to get started.

Welcome to Mrs. McBride’s page.
We are off to a great year in PE this year. The students are working hard at getting in shape. We hope to improve their fitness and skills throughout the year. We will be making individual fitness goals for sit-ups, flexibility, long jump, 50 yard dash, and the mile. There are also goals set around the pacer test each month.
Please check out some of the tabs for physical activity and health related web sites. There is a lot of information that you will find helpful about exercise, diet, and just navigating through the teenage years.
If you miss class and need a make up. You can print one directly off the tab. Remember to turn in ASAP.
I hope you find this site helpful. This picture was taken at Crater Lake. Riding around the rim is one of my all time favorite bike ride, especially on a beautiful day.
