Lesson Plan

1.     Mini Lab – Prepare a Scientific Argument

a.      Students will work in groups of four to prepare an argument based on facts  either in favor of or against building a road through a local pond.

b.      Then, students will work as delegates to negotiate a compromise

1.     We will have the Chromebooks in class today

2.     Complete Chapter 3 Practice Test online

a.      Answer study guide questions only using science notebook

b.     Add notes to notebook as needed

2.     Ch. 3 Science Notebook (pp. 21-30) Students may turn this in after using as notes on the test.
