Raffle Ticket Sales Start This Week

This week we are starting our annual raffle for this year’s auction. We have lots of fabulous prizes that people who buy tickets can win. The grand prize is a Kindle Fire HD. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5, 13 for $10, and 30 for $20. Students can sell tickets to family and friends but we ask that they do not go door to door. Parents can help their children sell raffle tickets by selling to coworkers and friends as well.

There are also great prizes for students who sell raffle tickets. Students who sell $20 worth of raffle tickets will get an extra recess and their names in a drawing for great prizes including tickets to Splash. Students who sell $50 worth of raffle tickets will get to go on a field trip to the park this spring and have an ice cream celebration while they are there. Students who sell $100 worth of tickets will get to a drive in movie experience complete with treats. Finally, students who sell $200 worth of tickets will get to play laser tag or go cosmic bowling with the principal. The student from each class who sells the most tickets in that class will get a pizza party at lunch.

Remember every ticket sold helps us raise money for field trips, outdoor school, music instruction, assemblies, and playground equipment. The drawing for this year’s raffle will be part of our auction on April 26th. Doors open at 4:30 and the evening includes a silent auction, oral auction, bake sale, entertainment, free child care, and more. Credit cards will be accepted. We look forward to having you join us for an evening of fun and fundraising.
