Throughout the week, we have been doing in-class assignments (math quiz with some of the bigger numbers we have learned in Spanish, vocabulary handout and tomorrow will be some end of the chapter activities). Today was a project workday for your family tree project. It can be about your actual family, you can make up your family (friends, celebrities, etc.) or a combination of both. You need to write about yourself and eight others, but you are presenting about yourself and three others. We went through the requirements again today (should be on a poster) and it is due on Tuesday, December 3rd. If you are gone that day, make sure it gets turned in early or on that day by someone so it’s not considered late (since you have known about it since early November). If you decide to write about more than 9, there is an opportunity for some bonus points (up to 10 extra points) or ensure a good grade on it (review the grammar with me and avoid using “Google translate” or other things because you need to stick to what we have learned–nothing in the PAST tense). Keep working hard and make me proud with these projects and presentations on December 3rd!
