As we close the office for the summer, and finish what has not been the year we hoped for in September, we want to take a moment to thank our parents, our students, and our staff. To our parents, thank you for your commitment to education, for your flexibility, and for your perseverance. The 19-20 School Year turned out to be a wild ride, and all of you not only rode in the car with us, you had to take the wheel and drive. So thank you.
To the FRMS Staff who proved over and over again their dedication to their students and to our school community, thank you.
And finally to the FRMS students, as much as we’ve missed you the last three months, we are tremendously proud of you. Some day, decades from now, you will tell your children and grandchildren about what it was like to be a student during this crisis. Remember to tell them how hard you worked, how quickly you adjusted to huge changes, and how you never stopped learning even when school buildings closed.
Our school will be closed from June 22nd to August 17th. During this time, we will be enjoying our summer but we will also be planning and working towards reopening in a way that meets the guidance from ODE. As plans are finalized and decisions made, we will be posting updates on our website, so please make sure you subscribe to our website for those updates.
Enjoy your summer
