With only two more days of school in May, this is the time to look ahead to the end of fourth quarter in just a few weeks. We want to remind our students and their families that now is a great time to check with teachers and look in Home Access or Google Classroom to find out what assignments are missing and what assignments can be revised and resubmitted.
Families can check their child’s grades through Home Access and Google Classroom depending on the system teachers have set up. If you are not sure, please feel free to call the school and ask to speak to the teacher or email teachers directly.
Just a reminder to families that when students are home on their “at home learning” days, they do have work they need to be doing and attendance that has to be taken through Google Classroom. If you are not sure what the work is or how they take attendance, please contact the teacher directly. Families also have the option to request a Pass/No Pass grade for the semester for any class their child is taking.
We know its been an incredibly difficult year and we are proud of our students and our staff and what they have accomplished. We also want to remind families that while grades are important, they are not and should never be considered the only measure that determines if a students has succeeded or not.
