A big thanks to our parent organization, PALS, for funding our Wildlife Safari assembly on Thursday!
A big thanks to Ms. Jenn Sennett Franklin for spending three weeks with our awesome kids. Each class received four days of instruction, and we wished for more. It was pure joy to walk down the hall and hear our students strumming on their ukes and singing their hearts out. Such a great time!
OMSI came to Veneta Elementary today!
Ms. Lizzy, a scientist from OMSI, presented her React-O-Blast assembly about chemical reactions. Our students LOVED it! Big thanks to PALS for funding this assembly!

Wooohoooo! The Jump-A-Thon was AMAZING! What a great fundraiser. It got kids learning how to jump rope and was a fun activity for Mr. Greene to incorporate in PE. Overall it was a great time. So happy to announce we raised $11,485!! Great job and thank you to all the children for jumping and all the friends and families that helped sponsor.
