End of School Year Changes/ 5th Grade Promotion and Field Day Changes

The school board has added June 16, 17th, 18th, and 19th to the school calendar. They have also changed May 23rd from a student contact day back to a teacher work day. Veneta will move our fifth grade promotion to June 19th at 8:30 AM. Field Day will be moved to June 18th. Don’t forget that June 19th will be a full day of school. Teachers will have a work day on June 20th to complete report cards and prepare classrooms for the summer.We will be happy to work with families who have planned, unavoidable, and prearranged conflicts. The school board also decided that they will not be adding additional days even if we have more snow days. Thank you!!!
