Teacher Appreciation Week May 2nd thru May 6th

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2nd through May 6th. We are extremely lucky to have the great teachers that we have at Veneta Elementary School. Each and everyone of them cares deeply about their students and is dedicated to their job. They put in countless hours at school and then even more hours at home preparing for school.

This is our time to say thank you to them and to let them know how much we appreciate what they do and how well they do it. Take a moment this week to write a note to your child’s teacher thanking them for all that they do or help your child write a note. Teachers become teachers in the first place because they want to make a difference in the life of a child. If there is a teacher who has made that difference for your child, take the time this week to let them know that their hard work and commitment paid off.
