5^th Annual Jog-A-Thon Coming Up Friday, October 3^rd

Students will be walking, jogging, and skipping around the track to raise funds for their classroom field trips, assemblies, 5^th Grade Outdoor School, classroom supplies, and much more. Parents and non-school age siblings are invited to jog/walk or cheer on their children. Our PALS group will be there providing a refreshing drink at the finish line.

Students will collect a flat rate pledge and put the cash or check in their envelope and bring it to school by Friday, October 3^rd. There are receipts in the envelope if needed for tax purposes. Please make sure the student’s name and teacher’s name is on the envelope.

There are great prizes for students to earn. Every student who raises at least $1 gets a Veneta Cougar Wrist Band. Students who raise $20 get an extra recess. Students who raise $50 get a bingo party. Students who raise $100 get a Drive-In Movie party. And students who raise more than $200 get to go bowling or laser tag with Ms. Johnson. The top seller in each class gets their choice of a Veneta Cougar T-shirt or water bottle. The top selling class will get a field trip to the park with an ice cream treat.

AM Kindergarten 8:05 to 8:25

First Grade 8:30 to 8:55

Second Grade 10:05 to 10:35

PM Kindergarten 12:05 to 12:30

Third Grade 12:35 to 1:05

Fourth Grade and Fifth Grade 1:10 to 1:45
