Field Day and BBQ Schedules

Parents and family members are invited to join us for our annual Field Day and Community BBQ on Thursday, June 11th. Field Day in the morning will start at 8:50 and end at 10:31. Classes going to Field Day in the morning are Beller, Chen, Peirce, AM Modee, McGuire, Wyncoop, Guill, and Orme. Field Day in the afternoon will be from 12:11 to 1:51. Classes going to Field Day in the afternoon are Modee, Lawrence, Greene, Cutsforth, Messman, Llewellyn, and Pebworth.

The Community BBQ will be during lunch that day. Parents and family members are invited to attend. Please send a note or call the school to let them know you are coming so we can get a preliminary headcount.  Below are the costs for adults and guests plus a schedule of lunch times for each of the classrooms. BBQ Luncheon Costs:

Adults – $3.25

Elementary and Pre-School Children – $2.45

Middle School Students – $2.60

High School Students – $2.85
