What a busy day and a half! It has been so wonderful seeing everyone and getting back into the routines. I wish I could say that I have loved every minute of it but there have been some challenges for sure!
Thank you families for your patience as we nail down go-home routines, class lists, new students, lunch schedules, and smoky air issues!
You and your children are what make Elmira Elementary the amazing place that it is! It has been incredible watching our students welcome new kiddos to our district, building, and classrooms!
Wow! We are so EXCITED!!!

First Day of School is Sept. 5th.
Kindergarten begins Sept. 11th.

The FRSD is both fortunate and thankful to announce that our Title Funding for next year will allow us to have an elementary Title teacher (.5 at EES and .5 at VES). This role will be filled by our own Mari Jones. Of course this means we have some big shoes to fill in her vacant kindergarten position. Please help spread the word!

No more pretending that all those school supplies are not there in what used to be the summer aisle! Here is the EES supply list for 17-18 if you want to take advantage of all the great sales!
For incoming kindergarten and new students please bring:
Copy of birth certificate
Proof of residency
Current immunization data
Wednesday, August 16th (New students/Kindergarten) 7:00 am to 7:00pm
Tuesday, August 22nd (All students) 7:00am to 7:00pm
Wednesday, August 23rd (All students) 8:00am to 3:00pm
Thursday, August 24th (All students) 8:00am to 12:00pm
