Teacher Appreciation Week

This week (May 8th thru May 12th) is Teacher Appreciation Week and we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the hard working and absolutely amazing teachers of Veneta Elementary School. Teachers do so much more than simply teach- they guide, they care, they motivate, they inspire, they serve, and they give. For 36 weeks every school year teachers give their time, their energy, their hearts, and themselves so that our children can learn and grow and thrive. This week is our opportunity to give something back to them. To let them know that the work they do is so greatly appreciated. So join me in taking the time this week to thank your child’s teacher for all that they do every single day.
