Our third through fifth grade students have been practicing their math skills using the website called IXL in the computer lab. IXL is a comprehensive math review sit with hundreds of practice questions in hundreds of skills- all aligned to state standards. Your child can access the website from hope to allow them to practice at home and allow parents to review their child’s progress.
Click on the link below for more information or go to www.IXL.com. Your child should know their username and password or you can get it from your child’s teacher. Once you input your child’s information, just click on math and you are ready to go. The website is adaptive which means it will adjust to your child’s demonstrated ability level. As your child’s skills grow, the computer will adjust the questions and make them more challenging. You can check your child’s progress by clicking Reports.
