This week in Poetry:

• Monday – Friday: Students will be working in class with Jorah LaFleur from Wordcrafters Eugene with developing, and then performing, a “Spoken Word” poem.  Emphasis will be not only on writing a good poem, but learning how to deliver the poem for greatest impact.  It should be a fun week, but more so if you come in ready to share and participate!
• Next week we will be going over the midterm exam and watching “Dead Poet’s Society”
