This week in Contemporary Lit:

• Monday – Wednesday: We will read and discuss “Where Are You Going, Where Have You Been?” by Joyce Carol Oates.  We will be focusing on characterization and some plot elements like forshadowing.
• Thursday – Friday: We will read “The Possibility of Evil” by Shirley Jackson, and we will discuss her character and the plot.
