This week in AP Lit:

• Monday: We will begin our next unit: Poetry, Part 2.  We will read the beginning of the chapter and look at a couple of poems: “First-Rate Wife” and “Dulce Et Decorum Est”
• Tuesday: We will be discussing “Tone” in several sample poems from the chapter on Tone
• Wednesday – Thursday: We will continue looking at Tone/Connotation/Denotation/Irony, etc. in various poems from the text book
• Friday: We will wrap up “Tone” with a review of a few poems
