Hey AP students. I really miss all of you right now (yes, even Alex). The following is an extra-credit assignment you can do while we’re self-quarantined in our homes. I can’t make you do it, but especially for those taking the AP test on May 6th, the time off could be very detrimental to your preparation. That is what worries me the most.
Below are two downloads (attachments) which detail the assignment. One is a reading list. Choose one of the texts on the list (some might actually be found in your AP Lit text – if you took it home). Read that book/play, and then do the second download (AP English Data Sheet). That’s it. I whittled down a very long list of books and plays for you into the several I have listed. I tried to pick texts which would help you on the test. When we get back, we will discuss your books. Feel free to get together and read the same ones if you want (not a bad idea really).
If we are out longer than April 1st, check back in for more details. Also, if I find out more information about the AP test, I will post it here.
