The Fern Ridge School District is exploring a potential elementary school reconfiguration to better support student learning, improve access to resources, and respond to declining enrollment and changing class sizes. Over the past several months, district leadership has studied multiple options, communicated with Oregon school districts using similar models, and gathered input from staff and families. 

As part of this process, the District is asking for community feedback through an online survey.
Survey Dates

• Opens: May 20, 2026
• Closes: June 1, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.

Community input will help inform the Fern Ridge School Board as it considers this proposal later this fall, if approved, FRSD would move to this model beginning the 2027-2028 school year. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and be part of this important conversation.
