Hello FRMS students and families! Thank you for your ongoing support as we continue with our distance learning model. We know that this is a stressful time for our students and we want to be sensitive to their (and your) needs. As always, we encourage families to engage with distance learning to the level that you can that doesn’t add another layer of harmful stress on your family in a time that is already stressful for many. Teachers are available by phone to help anytime you or your student has a question about an assignment.
Below we have posted new lessons from our math, language arts, and P.E. teachers. Supplemental learning activities for Science, Social Studies, and Band classes will be posted as well. We will also be posting links on the FRMS website. To make things easier for families, we have also included weekly guides that show what to do each day and how to contact teachers for help.
Alternatively, printed packets will be available for families to pick up from FRMS on Monday thru Wednesday. Completed packets can also be dropped off at FRMS Mondays thru Wednesdays.
While we will not be posting answer keys, families are welcome to contact teachers directly for information and assistance.
Families can continue to engage students with the online resources for middle school students linked on the FRSD webpage under “Supplemental Learning”.
Please feel free to reach out to our school office and administration if you have any questions or concerns. Teachers will also be checking in with families on a weekly basis. If the school closure is extended beyond the current timeline, we will reassess our plans as needed. Thank you for your continued partnership in your child’s education!
