Lane County will be moving into the Moderate Risk level starting today, which will allow us to add a few more spectators.  (One exception is the cross country meet 3/12/21 due to capacity agreements with the venue administration, we will continue to only have athletes, coaches, and approved workers in attendance.)  The new guidelines for spectators for volleyball, soccer, and football are as follows:

  • As before, the Sky-Em league agreement is that there will be no visiting spectators. Each school has some form of streaming (mainly NFHS) that they have been using that allows people at home to watch the games when the Falcons are on the road.  This will continue to be an option.
  • Each athlete will be allowed two adults to attend the home game.  Please note the following requirements:
    • Masks that cover the nose and under the chin and social distancing are required at all times.
    • Each athlete will receive two tickets that they can give to those two adults that will then be submitted as part of their entry at the gate.
    • Each approved/invited adult will need to use their smart phone to scan a QR code that will take them to a Google form that will contain COVID screening questions that need to be completed prior to entry.
    • Once the spectator has completed the check in form, they can then present their ticket and state their name to the person at the following check in points:
      • Football/Soccer/Volleyball – outside ticket booth at the football/soccer field
      • Basketball – front foyer
      • Softball/Baseball/Track – TBD
    • Once you enter either the gym or the stadium, you must go directly to the stands, find an X on the bench to sit at and maintain 6 feet of distance at all times.
    • Spectator restrooms (signs will be posted):
      • Gym – the main gym hallway restrooms
      • Football/Soccer – normal spectator restrooms at the end of the ProTech building behind the concession stands.
      • Softball/Baseball/Track – designated Port-a Potty
    • After the event is over, please exit the venue immediately through the following exits:
      • Football/Soccer/Volleyball – outside ticket booth at the football/soccer field
      • Basketball – double doors at the end of the freshman hallway to the outside ticket booth gate
      • Softball/Baseball/Track – TBD
