FirstView: FirstView Classic is being replaced by the new and enhanced FirstView 1.0. The new version features a fresh look, simplified tech environment and advanced tracking capabilities for our traditional home-to-school trips. FirstView continues to be a bus tracking and parent communications app for your smartphone or desktop. It allows parents to track their students bus “live”, as well as the ability to receive bus proximity notifications and custom alerts and messages. Below are various documents that describe how to download the app and utilize it. If you have questions after reviewing the information below, you may email FirstView customer support at: support@myfirstview.com, or call them toll free at 888-889-8920 from 7:00 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST.

*The information regarding the new FirstView 1.0 will be sent out to parents on March 21st. On April 10th, the FirstView classic app will be disabled & access removed. For those that would like to continue using this service, FirstView 1.0 will be the only option.
