Citizens Oversight Committee (COC) members will be engaged during the design and construction phases of multiple aspects of the bond projects and make reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors. The School Board recommended a joint meeting of representatives from the Board (two) and the COC be held monthly, commencing on or around August, 2014 and anticipated to run through December 2016. The COC generally meets on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM at Elmira High School (LCC Community Room).
